Our luxurious 30’ fifth wheel camper "Happy Campers" sleeps four people. Large living area with two slides. Living room has two comfortable recliners, storage ottoman stocked full of soft comfy blankets, 40” LED HDTV, 12 volt AM/FM/CD/DVD home theater system, fireplace, and pull out full size bed. Eat in kitchen solid surface counter tops, refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner gas stove, and double sink. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and dishes for four. Keurig coffee maker (caffeine lovers bring your own K cups)! Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with four chairs, TV/Entertainment Center and relaxing fireplace. Spacious master bedroom with one slide has queen size bed featuring a 12” Memory Cloud Foam mattress with a 4 inch cooling memory foam topper and mirrored wardrobe closet for your personal items. 19” TV in master. Bed linens are provided for master and living room pullout. Bathroom with skylight is outfitted with oversize shower with seat, vanity with medicine cabinet for storing your toiletries, and foot pedal flush porcelain toilet. Camper has LED ceiling lights throughout, with reading lights over seating areas, and in master bedroom. You will also find a great supply of board games, playing cards, coloring books, reading books, and movies for your entertainment. "Happy Campers" is pleasantly decorated and equipped to feel like home. "Happy Campers" has a power adjustable awning with LED lighting. Equipped with an exterior shower with hot and cold water for your comfort. Exterior marine grade speakers will allow you to listen to music while enjoying time outdoors. Exterior has 110 volt outlet for your convenience. There are two A/C units for your comfort, thus 50 amp service is required. Also has 35,000 BTU high output furnace. Equipped with auto electric leveling system for ease in set up. Cable and satellite connections. For your safely, "Happy Campers" is equipped with carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm, propane gas leak detector, and fire extinguisher. "Happy Campers" also comes with a supply of 4 camping chairs and outdoor carpet. "Happy Campers" is a kid friendly rental, however we do not allow pets. Smoking and Vaping is prohibited and violation of these policies will result in a loss of security deposit. "Happy Campers" is a delivery only set up. We will deliver and set up within 150 miles of Asheville, NC (delivery, set up, and take down fee of $50 plus $1.50/mile applies). Please contact us for delivery/set up of a greater distance. We try to accommodate as best we can! We can provide an accurate delivery fee based upon location of your campsite.
