Unit has power tongue jack. Please make sure the vehicle you are using is able to tow and stop the vehicle and unit properly. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to give me a message. This is the perfect travel trailer for a family!This unit is also have a bath tub so the young kids are still able to take a bath. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to assure your comfort and a great camping experience! We supply 2" hitch receiver the towing assembly which includes stabilizer bars and anti-sway bar. Sorry, but delivery is not available on this trailer wit over 15 miles. But If need more miles just ask anything possible. Please ask any questions BEFORE you book to make sure everything is covered. This camper comfortably sleeps 6 adults, but can sleep 8 if you need. There is a queen bed with upgraded memory foam topper, double sized bunk beds, and dinette and J-Steel Sofa both transition into sleeping areas. I also have a $150.00 cleaning fee if the unit is not returned clean in the condition it was rented which would come from your security deposit this will not be charged if done so. I also have a $100 dump fee if the tanks are not empty upon being returned. $50 gas tank fee if return not full. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the camper if so your entire security deposit will be kept so please do not smoke in the unit.
