The Puma has been a favorite on Outdoorsy for a couple years, the prior owners had many great reviews and experiences, which we can share with you. We take cleaning very seriously and disinfect with medical grade cleaners. We have opted to make linens, the generator, delivery, and other items available as "add-ons" because there is such a massive range of experience levels and needs among renters. For trips greater than 60 miles we require the use of an Anti-Sway Hitch for your safety and comfort. We have one you can rent or you can use your own. Our ideal booking is 5+ nights, with the renter picking up and returning the RV. That doesn't mean we won't deliver, or do shorter bookings if it makes sense for both parties.
