(The specs say 6, but 2 would have to be children.) Dinette bed, sofa bed and a queen in the front. Gas stove and oven, electric awning and sofa slide out, outside lights, inside shower, outside shower, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet, grey water and black water tanks (hoses etc.), kitchen table, many cabinets for storage and under camper storage for your outside toys, AC functions well. Comes with the following: 1. Board games (risk, chess, Chinese checkers, jenga, uno, and a few others) 2. 4 sturdy lawn chairs 3. Toilet paper, paper towels, cups, plastic ware, bowls, plates, etc. 4. Pots and pans 5. Coffee maker 6. Toaster 7. Campfire roasters Will deliver for a fee or also have tow hitch and sway bars. Note the septic disposal fee also if not emptied. Please contact first if you need delivery to make sure the timing works for both of us (during weekdays delivery and pickup will usually have to be later than 6 pm). No linens are provided.
