This unit features a queen bedroom with upgraded mattress and quality linens. The floor plan features a separate bunk room with 3 bunks plus a trundle mattress for a total of 4 sleeping options in the bunk room. Bunk room beds feature Teddy Bear mattresses with plush covers (bring your favorite bedding for the bunks). Dining table and couch convert to beds (bring your own bedding if you plan to use these as beds). Living area features a 32” tv, stereo system with cd/dvd player. The U-shaped dining table has plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen is equipped with a 3 burner gas stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, utensils, a toaster and single cup coffee brewer. Outdoor Space includes a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink and cabinets for storage. A power awning with lighting sets the mood. Also included for your use are a camp table and camp chairs. Outdoor shower available. The camper should be returned as clean as it is received. All trash removed, dishes and surfaces clean and floor swept. A cleaning fee of up to $399 will be assessed of the camper is not returned clean. No pets. Pets inside camper will result in forfeiture of security deposit plus $399 cleaning fee.
