NEW 2019 Family Sprinter Van

Meet Vanica Patrick! Our BRAND NEW 2019 Mercedes Sprinter Van for Families. This vehicle is perfect for a family or a group of friends traveling and looking to hit the open road and find adventure or those just looking to sample #Vanlife. If you are looking for something way more comfortable than camping but don't want the stress & cost of driving a big RV, this is for you! Parks in a regular parking spot and good on gas. This van is very cozy and roomy, plenty of height to stand up (no crouching) and plenty of room for your four-legged friend (yes, we are pet friendly!) There is a factory installed bench seat directly behind the cockpit with three seatbelts Main Features and What’s Included: Kitchen: Built in Sink, removable propane camp stove, pots & pans, silverware and cooking utensils, FRENCH COFFEE PRESS! Electric Dometic fridge unit that runs off solar. Sleeping: There are two queen sized beds set up like bunk beds. The bottom has a 6’’ memory foam queen mattress with down comforter, linens and 2 pillows. The top is a 3-panel platform that can be removed entirely or rearranged to make two twin sized decks with a space between (No mattress is provided for the top bunk) Storage: There is an overhead shelf above the cockpit for storage. Electrical: Two 110v AC outlets, dimmable overhead LED lights, TWO two-way vent fans in rear cabin. Solar panels and a yeti 3000w lithium battery / inverter that can charge off of solar, running the vehicle or shore power. PET POLICY: Want to bring your four legged friend with you? No problem! All of our vans are pet friendly for a fee ($75). PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATIONS: Upon check out, you will select where you would like to pick up and drop off the vehicle. We offer free pick-ups and drop-offs from the following: REI parking lots in the Corte Madera Shopping Center and The Sports Basement locations in Novato or Santa Rosa. We also offer free pick up and drop offs from our HQ in Santa Rosa where we have secure parking onsite. At this time, we are not offering delivery to airports or personal residences PICK UP AND DROP OFF: Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. We also can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation, this will also give you an extra 100 miles for the day. There is no set pick up and drop off time but all vans must be picked up or dropped off within our normal business hours of 9-5pm. If you wish to return a vehicle later than 5pm, please purchase an additional night. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with us before your departure. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed prior to pick up. INSURANCE: We require that you purchase insurance coverage for your trip. There are three different coverage options you can choose from. Please select the best coverage option for you at the time you complete your reservation. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: We also require 24-hour roadside assistance. Coverage includes unlimited: towing, flat tire assistance, emergency fluids delivery, battery boost, and a mobile mechanic. Many van owners require 24-hour roadside assistance as part of the rental. Where coverage is mandatory, you must either purchase our policy, or show proof of comparable coverage (such as AAA PLUS or PREMIER). MILEAGE: 100 miles per night is included in every rental. Additional miles are charged at 35 cents per mile. For example, on a four-night rental, you will have 400 free miles. If you traveled 500 miles, you would pay an additional $35 at the end of your trip. SECURITY DEPOSIT: You’ll pay a security deposit of $1,500 24-hours before your rental starts. The security deposit is returned, less any additional fees, usually no more than 7 days after you return.
