Light travel trailer available for 5+ night trips which sleeps flour with a flushable toilet, indoor shower, outdoor shower, two bunk beds, four person dinnette which folds out into an RV-queen bed, two burner stove, water heater, kitchen sink, microwave, air-conditioner, heater, electric/propane refrigerator, solar electricity, electric powered awning, electric powered jack, and plenty of cabinet space for clothing, food, utensils, etc including custom drawers that were added to make that cabinet space more usable.
I include all the gear to setup the trailer properly including a propane tank, 30 amp power cord, adapters for 15/20 amp and 50 amp connections, water hoses, water filter, sewer hoses, jack stands, stabilizer pads, hitch with sway bar, and a bottle jack. While I do also provide a few non-stick frying pans, a small sauce pot, cooking utensils, plastic eating utensils, paper plates, plastic cups, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, etc, you probably want to bring your own sheets, blankets, and pillows for the 2 RV-twin and 1 RV-queen beds as well as any additional cookware, etc. If you need to borrow any of those please let me know and I can provide them as well. There is plenty of storage for all of that in the cabinets and drawers.
In the closet is a solar meter with a 4-outlet car charger with USB to charge your devices even when you are dry camping. The solar charging system also helps to ensure the battery stays charged. The air conditioner and microwave will not run off the 12 V or solar, but if you are not using those you should not need electric hookups since the water pump, water heater, refrigerator, heater, awning, tongue jack, and speakers all work off of the 12 V battery that is recharged during the day by the solar panels.
I do provide a mostly full propane tank which should be plenty for cooking and heating, but if you are camping in the cold months and use the heater overnight you'll need to refill it as needed, depending on how heavily you use it and how long the rental is for.
It does not include a TV, but there are cable hookups and an antenna so that you could bring your own and plug it in if you have electrical hookups where you are staying. There is a built-in radio and speakers which run without electrical hookups.
It is recommended that your vehicle have at least 3,000 lb tow capacity to pull this 2,400 lb travel trailer. Your vehicle must have a brake controller with 7-way hookup to safely tow this trailer.
