We call this RV the "10 Pack" since it sleeps 10 people! This travel trailer is a newer model, featuring an up-to-date interior, queen mattress in the bedroom, leather couch, flat screen TV,dinette area, nice size bathroom and big double bunk beds. All linens, pillows, utensils, glassware, toiletries, and any propane used is included in the rate. A small cleaning fee of $50 is charged per rental. This is your vacation, and we don't want you to worry about the hassle of emptying grey/black water tanks, refilling propane, washing linens, or doing the dishes. Just pick it up and drop it off. Leave the rest to us. PICKUP TIMES ARE BY 9AM BUT CAN BE FLEXIBLE WITH PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS!
