You can pick up at whatever time is convenient for both you and I. Late fee of $100 applies if returned late. I am flexible. If you know you will be late in advance let me know via the outdoorsy platform or by calling me and I might be able to waive the fee if I'm available to receive the unit myself and no one rented it after you. (I give out my number when you rent the unit, I'm available to help you throughout the rental.) This is a 2017 Forest River Rockwood Premier. It has two dinettes which converts into beds. It sleeps 4 comfortably. It has a heater, air conditioner, shades, a mirror, microwave, fridge, grill, stove top, portable toilet, outside shower and plenty of storage space. Bring your pets. Smoking is not allowed. Please note that the toilet is a seat with a waste bag. If you are using a tow vehicle with NY plates your vehicle will need a brake controller installed as per state law. FAQ: Dry weight of this rv is 2,831 lbs. Your vehicle should be rated to tow more than this in order to tow it. You will also need a standard 2 inch tow ball. A 1 inch ball will work as well. The TV does have a regular antenna. The fridge works off of the generator or from being plugged in to an electrical hook up. It will not work off of the battery. Upon request a cooler and generator are included with this rental at no additional cost. The radio takes a usb connection, cd, aux cord and the regular radio antenna. Please take a look at my add-ons.
