Greater than 30 miles, the delivery charge will be $125 round trip. • Cleaning Fee: $75.00 o Cleaning fee will not be charged if trailer is brought back in the condition taken. • Generator o Generator available upon request. • Cancellation Policy o Standard - Renter may receive full refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, 50% refund of money collected within 30 - 14 days of rental, no refund within 14 days of rental. A $99 cancellation processing fee will be applied to all partial and full refunds. • Notes ***Important: The gray water tank and holding tank must be empty when the camper is returned. Empty the tanks and then flush the holding tank out with water to be sure that it's clean. If the camper is returned without empty tanks, there will be a charge of $100 that will be deducted from the security deposit. If you are not camping at a campground, it's your responsibility to locate the nearest dumping station to ensure that the tank is emptied. Thanks!
