I now have a solar panel that can be used to keep the main battery charged for running the LED lights and furnace electronics in areas where power hookup is not available. Talk to me about special situations and we can customize it to work for you!** This is a brand new (purchased 6/23/18) 21'9" toy hauler travel trailer. It has a 13,500 btu roof mounted AC, small kitchen, bathroom with shower, queen size bed, and room to haul your favorite motorcycle, atv, kayaks, etc. With a hitch weight of 430lbs and a dry weight of 3150lbs, it won't break your pocketbook or transmission to haul it to your favorite destination! It can sleep 2 in the queen bed and has room for up to 2 more with cots/air mattresses/sleeping bags. I can include a recliner upon request. Free delivery/setup if used at Talladega Creekside Resort in Talladega, AL. Renter is responsible for checking/booking/paying campground availability and rates. Discount offered on nightly rate when used at Talladega Creekside Resort for entire booking length. Discount is not available during special events and holidays. ***IMPORTANT: In order to get discount, message me so that I can send you a quote with the discounted price. If you book via INSTAmatch, it will not give you the discount!*** Delivery and pickup availability somewhere other than Talladega Creekside Resort are based on case to case. This listing is for a minimum of 2 days, however, if used at Talladega Creekside resort or anywhere else locally, it might be available for a single night. Please message me to see and I can send you a quote. Contact me with any questions! Other information about the unit: It comes with a generously sized power awning that has bright LED lighting. The interior lighting is LED. All lights will function off of the attached battery without being plugged into shore power. The radio has Bluetooth capability and aux inputs AND 2 outdoor speakers for listening to your favorite tunes inside or outside. The tongue jack is powered, but the 2 stabilizing jacks in the back are manual. The tool for cranking the stabilizing jacks and a manual crank tool for tongue jack are included. The table in the garage area can be removed and stored in the storage underneath to make room for toys/sleeping bags/etc. The cushions from the bench seat also fit in the storage underneath and the bench can be flipped up against the wall to make room as well. It has a 2 burner gas stove, microwave, and a small refrigerator/freezer that runs on either gas or electric. Note: there is no oven! Lightweight smart TV can easily be moved around or taken outside for viewing. You will have access to Hulu, Prime Video, and Netflix through that TV at no additional charge. All you need is Wi-Fi! Rental will include one 20lb bottle of propane at no extra charge. The heat and the water heater are propane. The refrigerator can run off of propane or electric. A second bottle can be included for an extra charge in the add-on section. If you will be camping somewhere with no water hookup, I will be glad to fill the 38 gallon fresh water tank for you free of charge. Contact me to let me know what you need. There is an additional charge if you are going to be hauling motorized items. Please check the add-on section! Generator available in add-on section. Pet policy: Only dogs are allowed. There is an extra charge per pet. Charge is based on pet weight. See the add-on section for that. Animals are not allowed on the bed or bench seat. If you need a kennel for your furry babies, contact me. I may have an appropriately sized kennel that I will include free of charge. What you need to know for towing: 2 5/16 ball 3150lbs dry weight/430lbs hitch weight w/ approximately 1700lbs allowed for cargo 7 way plug and trailer brakes (I have an easily adjustable hitch & ball that fits a 2" receiver.
