31 foot Bunkhouse Coachmen Freelander RV with two slide outs. Large T.V. in the main living area, comfortable couch, clean appliances, T.V. in bunk-bed area, Queen size bed in master bedroom with door for privacy. Plenty of storage space, family board games, pots & pans, plastic dishware, bedding provided for master bedroom and bunk-beds.(DUE TO COVID-19 WE ASK YOU PROVIDE BEDDING AND TOWELS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE) Four bath towels, fold out chairs. one roll of RV approved toilet paper will be provided if renters need more than that they will need to purchase septic approved toilet paper (anymore needed is at renters cost). ABSOLUTELY NO CATS(due to allergic) ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING /VAPING OF ANYKIND IN RV. Returning RV by 12:00 pm(NOON) UNLESS otherwise discussed and agreed by with owners, if RV is not returned by noon their will be additional day rental fee upon return of the RV. If RV is not returned in the same condition as picked up i.e. damage free, and cleaned there will be a fee of $125.00 for detailed cleaning subtracted from the security deposit.
