Pick up and drop off on weekdays is after 5pm Proof of insurance required Tow vehicle capable of towing 8,000 lbs. Delivery / Pick Up over 100 miles negotiable. Failure to empty black / gray tanks properly will result in a fee of $100 to renter. Failure to return with propane tanks full will result in a fee of no less than 2.5x the local cost to refill tanks. Evidence of smoking will be a forfeit of deposit along with additional cleaning fees.
