New and has all the modern amenities. Comes with everything you could need including bedding, chairs, fully stocked kitchen...whatever you need, just ask for it and odds are that we'll have it. Kitchen has too much to list, but examples are plates, cups, cutlery, dish towels, knives, skillet, trash bags, paper towels, etc. TV has google chromecast and an Amazon firestick, so you can bring your own media and cast it or stream anything on the firestick.
