2021 Catalina Family Bunkhouse

Welcome to the 2022 Camp Season! We are so excited for you to Have your next Family Adventure with this beautiful new Trailer! The trailer has 1 slide out, 1 entrance and it has 2 separate bedrooms rooms including a bunkhouse for kids! The trailer has a separate master suite, for when you need some alone time! In this bedroom you will find a Queen size memory foam bed with reading lights and USB charging docks a TV and Roku. It also has plenty of storage with 2 closets and over and under the bed storage. Kids will love the separate bunk house room! It has 3 twin bunks, and a pull out couch, with reading lights and USB chargers . The bunkhouse also includes a flat screen TV and wardrobe. For extra sleeping the kitchen table lays down into a bed and the comfy leather couch also reclines down into a bed. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook! Included is a large Fridge and freezer, a gas stove and microwave. It has plenty of space to make and serve delicious camp meals. The oversize bathroom has a tub and shower, a toilet and a mirror medicine cabinet. Have a Movie night watching the 42 in TV and DVD player,with a Full Surround sound stereo for inside and outside use. Feel free to enjoy our DVD and game collection or bring your own! Outside the trailer enjoy a electric powered Awning. Also enjoy the outdoor kitchen complete with a mini fridge , sink and grill ! For those sandy and muddy trips We love rinsing off with the outdoor shower! Bring your own camp chairs or borrow ours, We also offer a propane fire pit for rental if your campground does not have a pit. The trailer has AC and Heat but must be hooked up to 30+ amps to use. If needed, We offer generator rental for an additional fee. The trailer comes with a fully stocked kitchen, and linens on the beds. RV toilet paper and toilet tank cleaner is supplied. Hand soap and cleaner is supplied. * rest assured we thoroughly clean disinfectant everything between the trailer usage! We also provide cleaning supplies for your use during the rental. * If you have been sick in the last 14 days we ask that you no not rent from us! We have a high risk child! *The rental is for up to 9 people, anymore than that must be approved prior to renting. *We have a daughter with lung and heart disease so absolutely NO SMOKING in OR near the trailer!!! *Because how new the Trailer is, We require our renters to have experience with towing. *You must have the proper vehicle to tow our trailer, and you must let us know the make and model prior to renting. * We love dogs and they are allowed on a case by case approval, with a nonrefundable $150 pet deposit. *you must have a campsite reservation prior to renting. No first come first serve sites! *If you would like us to drop off and set up we are happy to do that for you within 100 miles IF we are available. We charge an extra setup/delivery fee of $3.50 a mile or a minimum of $150 To cover gas and time. *if Dry camping (without electricity hook up) we cannot guarantee the trailer will be 100% functional with AC or other luxuries, Like TV. * ID and proof of insurance must be shown at pick up. (We do not keep copies of these)
