The prices are set based on preparations chosen for each unit.
The Apartment preparation for Rental usually consists of:
- Professionally Re-Painted with some custom color walls.
- If the Unit is not chosen for New Replacements (Carpet and Flooring), we will either Professionally Dye and Shampoo the Units.
- Vertical Blinds installed throughout, except the Bathrooms
- The Units are always Professionally Cleaned prior to Move-in.
- Lately we have been installing modern Wood Type Vinyl Planking Flooring.
Pet Policy- No Pet Cats, No Pet Dogs, but we will consider other types of Pets contained in a tank, cage, or aquarium. If such is of a 5 gallon size or larger, we do require a Pet Deposit of $250 per cage, tank, or aquarium up to a limit of two per Unit.
Utilities- The Owner pays Water, Trash and Gardening on the common grounds.
The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services. We are not cabled for Fios.
For Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.
The Application Processing Fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (Cashier's Check or Money Order or Cash, ""no personal checks""). Application Processing Fees are not refundable. We do provide Application Guidelines along with our Apartment Association of California Southern Cities, Inc. Applications.
Handicap Accommodations or Modification questions will be referred to our Main Corporate Office. We do consider the majority of the downstairs units to be Handicap Accessible (no steps leading up to the Building, no steps to access most of the ground floor units, but the Units were not built with any Handicap Modifications. All Parking Spaces for the entire Property are directly tenant assigned. We have no Visitor Designated Parking on the Property.
The Section 8 Government Housing Program is not accepted at our Locations!
We do accept two persons per Bedroom, plus one additional for the overall Unit.
For a 1-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 3 people in a 1-Bedroom.
For a 2-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 5 people in a 2-Bedroom.
For a 3-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 7 people in a 3-Bedroom.
Security Deposit of $1000 (OAC).
