Pet(s) would be considered. There would be a pet deposit (1/2 the rental amount plus pet rent) as well as $35.00 per month in pet rent. Deposits are refundable. This house should have no trouble passing military inspection if you need it inspected. We have an online application available making it easy to get approved. You can pay your deposit online as well as future rent payments. Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan and Junction City and 35 minutes to Fort Riley.
