You can head East or West and get to where you need in short time. This condo is an end unit on the 2nd floor, but you have a private first floor entry(stairs to one-level living). Once inside the home, you have the living room/dining room combination, kitchen, bedroom and bath. The home has all the appliances and a washer/dryer. You will have plenty of space and a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. You will have restaurants and shopping just down the road. If everything you need is not there, Altamonte Springs is a short drive down I-4, which has the mall and all kinds of shopping, dining, entertainment and Crane's Roost Park(activities going on all the time for all ages!). Types of income include, Child Support, Spousal Support, SSI, Retirement and/or Disability, Wages, Parental Support and Student Financial Aid.
