What we look for in the application:
1. Credit Check- You must have more good credit than bad credit - nothing in collections with Time Warner Cable, RG&E, or Cell Phone Bills.
2. Criminal Background Check- Must Pass
3. Landlord Reference- Must leave in good standing and paid on time
4. Income Verification- You must make at least 3 times the apartment's rental amount.- We only allow co-signers for students or recent graduates
There is a $25 application fee per applicant/co signer and a $100 holding fee.
