Finally, an apartment will only be removed from the market once an application and $185.00 payment is received from each person who will be residing in the apartment.
Advertised rental rate is based on two person occupancy. Additional occupants are permitted for an increase in monthly rent of $250.00 per person per month regardless of age. This additional rent is to cover additional wear and tear on the unit and utility usage of the building.
