2000 Fleetwood Flair 30H - Will Deliver to Burning Man 2024

Available to deliver for Burning Man 2024. $5500 for a full week + any outdoorsy fees/taxes on top of that. Will be delivered and picked to/from Gerlach, CA. You'll have to drive in and out yourself. Will be delivered with a full tank of gas (75Gal), full tank of propane (24gal), full tank of water (100 Gal). Empty holding tanks 50gray+50black. You will be charged for gas and propane used and and any clean up to bring it back to "as delivered" condition. Currently, only renting with delivery in nearby area. Sorry, not offering it for pick up and drive away. This is our family motor home that we use ourselves a lot. It's been in many places and seen quiet a bit too, but now mostly travels within Ca and nearby states. It has some signs of wear (mostly on upholstery) that correspond with its age, but is in great condition mechanically, all maintenance is up to date and we do keep it clean the best we can as a family with 2kids ;) It was advertised as sleeping 6 but I believe it is best for a couple, works great for 2 adults and 2 kids. Above 4 sleeping becomes tight. There is a queen size bed, fold out sofa and dinette. It takes a little screw driver action to transform dinette into sleeping area.
