Meet Wheelie Nelson! Our custom made 2018 Mercedes Sprinter comes fully equipped with all the modern luxuries of a tiny home or studio apt. This vehicle is perfect for a couple or solo traveler looking to hit the open road and find adventure or those just looking to sample #Vanlife. If you are looking for something way more comfortable than camping but don't want the stress & cost of driving a big RV, this is for you! Parks in a regular parking spot and good on gas. This van is very cozy and roomy, plenty of height to stand up (no crouching) and plenty of room for your four-legged friend (yes, we are pet friendly!) This is the perfect van for any season! It's fully insulated and includes a separate rear A/C that runs off of a diesel generator and an external shore power connection for camp sites with electrical hook ups. The generator is mounted under the cab and connected to the main diesel tank - no hassle! Did I mention the sunset roof deck? Our custom roof rack is perfect for stargazing or sunset picnics. Also ideal for additional storage. We can also include a Tepui pop up tent for additional guests! Main Features and What’s Included: Kitchen: Oak Butcher block counter tops with a built in Sink and Two Burner Gas Stove, pots & pans, silverware and cooking utensils, FRENCH PRESS! Dometic dual compartment fridge/ freezer. Bed: 6’’ memory foam queen mattress with down comforter, linens and 2 pillows Storage: Plenty of storage for all your clothes and adventure gear with two large overhead cabinets and massive garage located under bed, you can easily fit 2 bikes, several skis/ snowboards/ surf boards. Electrical: Four 110v AC outlets, dimmable overhead LED lights, A/C, 3,000W generator, two-way vent fan. PET POLICY: Want to bring your four legged friend with you? No problem! All of our vans are pet friendly for a fee ($75). PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATIONS: Upon check out, you will select where you would like to pick up and drop off the vehicle. We offer free pick-ups and drop-offs from the following locations: REI Parking lot in Corte Madera Shopping center and The Sports Basement locations in Novato or Santa Rosa. We also offer free pick up and drop offs from our HQ in Santa Rosa where we have secure parking onsite. At this time, we are not offering delivery to airports or personal residences PICK UP AND DROP OFF PRICING: Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. We also can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation, this will also give you an extra 100 miles for the day. PICK UP AND DROP OFF TIMES: There is no set pick up and drop off time but all vans must be picked up or dropped off within our normal business hours of 9-5pm. If you wish to return a vehicle later than 5pm, please purchase an additional night. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with us before your departure. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed prior to pick up. INSURANCE: We require that you purchase insurance coverage for your trip. There are three different coverage options you can choose from. Please select the best coverage option for you at the time you complete your reservation. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE: We also require 24-hour roadside assistance. Coverage includes unlimited: towing, flat tire assistance, emergency fluids delivery, battery boost, and a mobile mechanic. Many van owners require 24-hour roadside assistance as part of the rental. Where coverage is mandatory, you must either purchase our policy, or show proof of comparable coverage (such as AAA PLUS or PREMIER). MILEAGE: 100 miles per night is included in every rental. Additional miles are charged at 35 cents per mile. For example, on a four-night rental, you will have 400 free miles. If you traveled 500 miles, you would pay an additional $35 at the end of your trip. SECURITY DEPOSIT: You’ll pay a security deposit of $1,500 24-hours before your rental starts. The security deposit is returned, less any additional fees, usually no more than 7 days after you return.
