The Evo features 2 separate bedrooms with a front master with a queen bed & plenty of storage. And 1 bedroom with 3 bunks perfect entertaining space for the kids! Both offer doors for privacy for everyone! U-shape dining table to fit the whole family. Large flat screen TV with DVD player along with indoor speakers and radio. 2 slide outs with remote, separate bathroom entrance, solar, outdoor kitchen with propane grill and an outdoor shower for easy convenience after the beach or river. Kitchen has Corian counter tops, stainless steel appliances which include 3 burner stove, oven, fridge and microwave! You will find our RV fully stocked with all dish & cookware , coffee maker, toaster, towels, toilet paper, and dish soap. (Bedding is provided upon request) Master linens are always provided. Along with the outdoor kitchen, outside you have an 18 ft power retractable awning with led lighting and outdoor speakers. Included in pass through are camp chairs & an additional charcoal grill can also be provided per renters request. This unit does NOT accept pets and NO smoking allowed
