The Guest House

Our KZ Sportsmen Classic is great because it offers so much in such a lightweight compact unit. It has 2 full size bed, tent ends that fold out and a booth that turns into a bed. It can sleep up to 6, however 2-4 is much more comfortable. It has a kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, two burner cooktop and microwave. The bathroom has a toilet and tub/shower. The unloaded vehicle weight is 2430lbs and fully loaded it weighs in at 2700lbs. It is the perfect weight to be towed behind most SUV's and Trucks. Overview My hope is that renters will care for our travel trailer as if it is their own and will be respectful of our property. Included Amenities • Coffee Maker • Plates • Cups • Some Pots and Pans • Cooking/Kitchen Utensils • Dish Towels • Microwave • Refrigerator • 2 Burner Cooktop • Garbage Bags Occupants • 2 foldout full-size tent end beds (2 occupants per bed) • 1 drop down table that turns into a full-size bed (2 occupants) There is also a small couch that could comfortably sleep a child but I would not call it a true bed. Pets Well behaved dogs with respectful responsible guardians are always welcome ($15/night additional fee). RV Condition We expect our RV to be returned in the same condition that renter received it. We will do a complete walk-through before the RV can be taken and another walk-through will be done when the RV is returned. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged against the security deposit if it is not returned in the condition it was received. Tank Dumping Tanks must be dumped before the trailer is returned. A $75 dump fee will be charged against the deposit if tanks are left full. Booking When requesting a booking please include the campground or area you intend to camp. *Full hook-ups are suggested*. It is a small lightweight camper and has smaller holding tanks. Towing You must have a receiver hitch and light hook-up, 7 pin required. Security Deposit We understand the camper is made of light wight materials - things break, bend or come undone. The amount of the deposit covers the deductible for these kind of accidents.
