Dishes, cooking supplies, and coffee maker are provided. Renter MUST provide linens. Evidence of linens not being used will result in a deduction from renter's deposit. Furnace has been replaced with an electric fireplace, so power IS required to provide heat. This is a result of parts backorder in the manufacturer's behalf and gas heat will be reinstalled as soon as possible.
