Table folds down to provide additional sleeping space and lots of overhead storage. 18' electric awning with integrated LED lighting. Outdoor audio system. Bed coverings, towels, cleaning supplies and toiletries and cooking supplies are provided to allow for the most enjoyable and convenient experience possible. The camper is equipped with a wide stance dual axle and is easily towed with a half ton Pickup. 30 AMP electrical. The camper has been very well kept and rarely used. Tires are n perfect condition and the exterior is free of defects. Delivery/setup and pickup/teardown option is available for additional charge with in 50 miles of the Houston area subject to additional mileage charge beyond that. 2 Night Minimum. Eligible Drivers: Renter must be 25 years of age or older, must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and a major credit card. At the time of reservation, Renter must provide the correct and proper personal identification, personal information and personal Auto Insurance Information. All information will be verified. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY APPLICANT OR RESERVATION FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME. RULES: - The primary renter must be present in tow vehicle either as the operator or passenger and must provide valid identification - Must have adequate tow vehicle equipped with break controller and experience towing. - Please book at least 48 hours in advance. -No smoking is permitted in the trailer at any time. -Absolutely no pets allowed. -Holding tanks must be flushed and emptied upon return or a $50 dump fee will be charged. -The unit must be cleaned and left in the same condition as it was when it was picked up / delivered or a $60 cleaning fee will be charged. -Towels and bed linens can be placed on the floor in the bathroom. - A maximum speed limit of 65 MPH must be maintained during towing. -Roof access is prohibited. If these rules are not adhered to there may be a loss of security deposit. It is important to treat this RV as if it were your own for other families to have the same enjoyable experience.
