It’s in great condition with two 5 gallon propane gas tanks to last the duration of most trips, a couple of regular outdoor chairs, premium cushioned mattress topper for the queen bed in master and for the bunk beds. The bunk beds are almost full size so two smaller kids could sleep per bunk if needed. 250 lb maximum on the top bunk. Comes with nice size refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven large enough for small pizzas, gas heat (space heater as well) and comfortable AC. Plenty of storage for clothes and extra gear. 17ft electric retractable awning, microwave, outdoor speakers and sound bar. Everything you need for a great camping experience. Complete delivery and setup and take down to most of the Smoky Mtn Area campgrounds for a fee. May tow to camping sites beyond the Smokies area for an additional charge- just ask!
