Bunk room has 3 beds with TV, dresser, closet and door that closes ;) Master bedroom has queen size bed with access to bathroom. 2 AC's for the Texas heat and in-floor heaters to keep you warm in the winter. Large outdoor kitchen with TV and stovetop. Includes grill mounted to rear bumper. We include basic necessities in our pricing so you won't see a lot of add-on fees! The delivery fee includes: delivery, setup, walk-through and most importantly - sewer tank dumping!
