Beds • Queen bed in the back with a large wardrobe • Over the cab sleeping has an added full-size mattress, it holds up to 750 lbs perfect for adults or kids. • There is an additional bed for kids only with the large u-shaped dinette that fold into a bed. Kitchen Love to cook? This RV includes a nice size kitchen with a good amount of counter place. • 3-burner gas stove with a lid and oven • Double sink • Microwave and a full-size RV refrigerator/freezer • Included: silverware, coffee pot, pot and pan set, basic cooking utensils, baking pan, cutting board, bottle/wine opener, and dish towels, and more. The bathroom is a stand-up shower with cabinets above and below the sink. • 1 hand towel and a bathmat are included • RV toilet paper is included. (Please only use RV paper towel – helps to prevent clogging). Outside • Includes: 2 folding chairs, and outside mat Pets This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a pet fee. Insurance Stationary Rentals: $15/night with a max of $210 Rentals Driving/Towing: The renter's insurance is primary on the rental. Renter must provide proof that their insurance will cover the unit. Regardless, renter must provide insurance card at the time of pickup. If your insurance company denies coverage or renter does not want to use their personal insurance, then a "Damage Waiver" must be purchased.
