This still like brand new 2021 RV is ready to go.....just add the people. We have tried to include everything you could need on a "glamping" trip. The trailer comes fully equipped - linens for the beds, disposable plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, etc. 6 camping chairs, outdoor carpet, portable BBQ & 2 burner stove, coffee maker, toaster, sand toys, games for rainy days, etc. We have tried to think of everything. The only thing you will need to bring is your clothes, towels and food (and drink). Equipped with Blue Ox Sway Pro Hitch Blue Tooth Brake Controller available. Optional 3500W portable generator available. You will need a vehicle with a Brake Controller installed (either hard wired or blue tooth) and a 7 pin Receiver. The weight of the RV is 4,400 lbs and the tongue weight is 585 lbs. A pick-up truck or full size van/SUV (some Midsize SUV's) will be required. Review your towing capacities. Pick-up time is 3:00pm Return time is 11am. We are flexible with advance notice. No Smoking or Vaping. There will be an additional $150 cleaning charge if RV is brought back excessively dirty/messy.
