But ‘She’ loves entertaining and making other ‘Glampers’ smile! So I’ve decided to keep her smiling by fulfilling her passion! Sleeps 2-6. Well equipped kitchen featuring full size coffee pot w/ filters, gas stove/oven, microwave, full fridge, food storage, all cookware and cooking utensils, serving bowls, glassware, spices. Good storage and counter space. Queen master bed with closet space, upper storage. All linens, bedding, pillows, towels provided as an add-on expense unless providing your own. Please let me know! Roomy shower with sliding doors. Dinette folds into bed, sofa folds into bed. Lazy boy style Lounge chair with foot rest, side table. Large slide out. TV with fire stick. AM/FM stereo. DVD player with remote. Outdoor speakers. Large windows all with privacy blinds. Large outdoor canopy, outdoor rug and zip attached screened in room if desired. Queen inflatable mattress can be provided and set up in screened in porch to sleep two more people for additional $30/night. Camping chairs, outdoor lounge chair, outdoor tables, camping grill & table included. 2 doorways with steps. Large attached rack for bikes, coolers, etc. CLEANING FEE: $150 non-refundable cleaning fee although there are certain requirements included in manual. $100 extra will be charged from security deposit if deep cleaning is needed. HOURS OF OPERATION: RV will be picked up at pre-arranged time on day of check-out and delivered late afternoon at pre-arranged time on day of check-in. Renter must be there at check-in time for walk-through. Otherwise a late fee will be charged. ***Boon docking is not permitted at this time
