Dinette converts to a full sized bed, sofa can be used as a twin bed. Includes 2 folding tray tables to use for eating while dinette is in bed mode. Nice sized closet for hanging clothes. Requires a 7-pin electrical plug on tow vehicle and a 2" ball. (not provided) No brake controller necessary. Kitchen stocked with basic pots/pans, cooking tools, disposable plates and utensils. *Note that camper tanks are required to be empty upon return. Mandatory $75 dump fee will be taken from deposit if tanks are not empty when returned/picked up, or when delivered and off hookups/boondocking.
