New 2022 travel trailer made for families with several kids or guests. This camper has 1 slide in the living room area, which has a smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen has a good size farmhouse-style sink with both upper and lower cabinets for storage. There is a built-in cabinet for shoes as soon as you walk into the camper. The bathroom is at the front of the RV with a vanity sink, toilet, and shower with a retractable curtain. The bunkhouse room is at the back of the RV and has 2 twin beds over 1 double bed, built-in storage drawers, and a sliding door for privacy. If you have extended family traveling with you, the dinette table and the sofa both convert to beds. The master bedroom, which is at the front of the RV, has a 10-inch memory foam queen mattress. Stereo with indoor/outdoor speakers. Exterior kitchen with cook-top, sink, storage, and small fridge. Outdoor LED lights. Power hitch jack. We have included in your rental a weight-distribution hitch with stabilizers, silverware, dishes, pots/pans, cookie sheets, coffee maker with filters, toaster, broom, and camper-safe toilet paper (Please do not flush anything other than waste and toilet paper). There is extra exterior storage as well.
