No smoking allowed We do allow dogs no cats any damages from pets will be charged It is 4,900 dry weight 23ft closed and 27ft open with two pop out We do have a weight distribution and anti sway with hitch for it to be used but your responsible for towing it you must have a break controller We do not deliver you would have to pick up and drop off All potable water, grey water and black water tanks must be emptied before returning. It sleeps up to 8 people. Bunk bed,queen bed, couch turns into a queen and table turns into a full Has a full bathroom with shower/tub/sink Has sink, stove top, microwave, fridge, Keurig,convection oven, crock pot. Has ac and heating We have your basic necessities such as pots and pans, cooking utensils, towels, extra sheets, cleaning supplies, reusable outdoor dishes, water hose, sewage emptying hoses, wheel chocks, drainage snake, electric hook up conversion plug, tie out for pets, outdoor rug, outdoor string lights.
