Overview
Explore the wonders of Michigan in this ultimate road trip machine! Our 2015 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van gets an amazing 22 mpg and is equipped with a king-sized bed (with bedside phone holders and charge ports), an inviting cabin area with a fridge, sink, microwave, and a huge rear storage space for all your equipment (luggage, bikes, camping/sports gear, etc.). Grab your partner, best friend, or ride solo and GO! This van is perfect for weekend, 5-day, or even week-long trips around Michigan: to Traverse City, the Upper Peninsula, Mackinaw, and beyond! Our van was built and equipped to optimize the traveler's experience. The simple yet stylish interior keeps the van lightweight so travelers can enjoy amazing fuel efficiency while on the road. The thoughtful features such as a dual battery system and an extra-large bed allow travelers some modern comforts while out exploring. In addition to the basics, our van has custom cabinetry, epoxy countertops, no-slam drawers, 5-gallon sink water tanks, ceiling vent fan, a 6-speaker stereo system, heating furnace, windows for easy airflow, blackout curtains, window/door screens, and so much more! Important Notes - Please bring your own blankets & advanced cooking gear - No cabin AC. The van has dash AC while running, but that is not meant or able to cool the cabin area - There is no septic system. There's a bagging toilet system that is prepared in the van, but we suggest renters use outside restroom facilities if/when possible for better convenience and comfort. - The van needs to be connected to shore power (aka "plugged in" to a power source) in order to get full electrical capabilities of outlets and appliances. When not connected to power, only lower-voltage items will function: lights, ceiling fan, sink faucet, 12-volt phone charging ports, etc. Larger items such as the microwave and the 110-volt wall outlets will NOT work when the van is "off-grid". This is standard with most RVs to help preserve batteries.
