Welcome to the Catalina Wine Mixer! Our Camper is in Brand new condition meticulously maintained and cleaned. We have a Queen bed, couch that turns into a full bed with a slide out!!! Dinette that turns into a full and two bunk beds that are full sized each!!! Full kitchen, bathroom with a Tub/shower combo, sink and toilet. Our camper is fully insulated from the floor up with heated floors! Furnace and A/C work flawlessly. No smoking!!! Pets are part of the family. Please advise us as to the size, breed and age of your pet. NO felines or rodents. Large Pet Fee: 21-80lbs $175.00 Small Pet Fee: Up to 20lbs $75.00 Pet cleaning penalty: If there is urine or feces smell, this will be assessed out of your security Deposit. Delivery charges will be based upon distance of location. Please contact to receive quote. We pride ourselves on a clean and sanitized rig. What's included Pots & pans, silverware and cups. Sheets but no pillows for main bed and bunks. Shower Towels. Outdoor carpet. Couch cover. Coffee Pot. Toaster. 32 inch smart tv Please let us know your location, so we give you a quote on delivery and setup. Renters must send confirmation to us of RV site rental 24 hours before drop off. Renters must be present at the time of set up and for the walk thru. Renters must also be present for drop off and pickup for walk thru. Other things to note Delivery only No smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed in the trailer. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages. Renters must send RV rental confirmation 24 hours before drop off. (if you are going to an RV site) Very important that reservations are made and set in stone! Campgrounds can fill up quick. Renters must be present at the time of drop off and pick up for the walk thru. No exceptions.
