2020 Keystone RV Springdale (5th Wheel)

This is a fairly new unit. This Fifth Wheel will suit the needs of just about any small to medium family. The bed sleeps (2) comfortably. The couch folds out into a bed that will sleep (2) children comfortably OR (1) adult. Both recliners can be fully reclined back for a nap as well. The dining area, although I've heard it can be converted into a sleep area, I've never tried. This unit has (2) TV's; One in the living room and one outside in the outdoor kitchen area. Outdoor shower, Indoor Shower, Cold and Hot water. A/C and Heating; Gas stove, Microwave; It would probably be easier for me to tell you what this unit doesn't have. I have a set of dishes that can be used for cooking. Anyone who rents this unit will be expected to provide their own Plates, Cups, eating utensils, food, toilet paper, etc. As far as the bedroom area goes, I can provide a set of sheets and 2 pillows. Most people like to bring their own. Same thing with towels and wash cloths, please provide your own. RV must be clean before being returned, otherwise a cleaning fee will be assessed. Black and Grey tanks also should be dumped prior to the end of the rental. I can dump the tanks for a separate fee as well. This unit requires an external generator. If you do not have a Generator, or do not have to ability to acquire a generator, DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT. I recommend at least a 5,000 WATT Generator. Anything less than that, and you may have some issues. If you plan on being at an RV Park, then you don't need a Generator, because they have RV Hookups; But if you're not going to be at a location that allows for RV Hookups, you absolutely will need an external generator to power this unit. For the renters who plan on towing the unit on their own, you need to have a very big truck to tow this with. I recommend a DUALLY with a 5th wheel hitch with at least a 20,000 pound tow rating.
