Equipped with propane, electric and solar power. Every surface cleaned and sanitized as well as any linens before every rental. All necessary RV accessories such as water hoses, water filter and cords included as well as weight distributing hitch. Weighing approximately 4400 lbs this camper is very easy to tow. We have included a S’mors kit with marshmallow roasting sticks for campfire. 16’ awning with LED lighting is a great addition to the outdoor set up. Will do a walk through of camper upon pick up.
