2018 Coleman 30ft Bunk House. Lightweight and easy to pull.

Our 2018 Coleman 3015BH is prepped to sleep up to 11 people. This beauty has two private rooms, one has a (1) queen bed and the other, a bunkhouse, has (1) full-size foldout bed and (3) twin size bunk beds. In the main living area, there is (1) full size dinette that converts to a bed and (1) scissor couch that turns into a full-size bed. This trailer comes stocked with the following but not limited to; Mattress protectors on all actual mattresses: 1 Queen and 3 Twins Sheet sets: (1) Queen and (3) Twins (4) Blankets (5) Pillows with pillow protectors Towels: (2) Large towels (2) Hand towels (2) Wash cloths (8) Plates (8) Bowls (8) Cups (2) Coffee mugs (8) Sets of metal silverware (including 2 kitchen knives) Entire set of ceramic non-stick pots and pans. (2) Cookie sheets (1) Small cake pan 6 cup coffee pot and filters (1) Oven mitt and (1) hot pad (1) Spatula (1) set of tongs (1) Dish drying rack with (1) drying mat (1) Can opener (1) 13-gallon trash can Starter cleaning supplies (trash bags, RV toilet paper, cleaning wipes, toilet bowl cleaner). With the outdoor kitchen, inside/outside sound system, & power/lighted awning; this unit is an entertainer’s dream. Please note, that the trailer weighs 6,500 pounds dry and up to 7,500 pounds with included amenities & full tank of water. A full size truck and/or large SUV with a towing capacity of greater than 8,000 pounds, a 7pin harness, & trailer brake controller will be required. For added convenience & safety, a weight distributing hitch & sway control system will be provided for use, at no additional charge, during the rental period. Owner assumes no liability for damage to Renter’s tow vehicle as a result of misuse. Pick up times are 3pm and drop off time is noon. if you need something different message us a head of time.
