It also includes a fireplace, audio system (including Bluetooth), and a 42 inch smart tv. The dining room table seats 4 and can extend for additional surface space. The island comes with two bar stools to seat two additional guests. The mid bunk has two beds with plenty of storage for the prince and/or princess toys and clothes. The bathroom has a large standing shower with bench and plenty of room for toiletries. The master has a smart tv, comfortable queen sized bed, a large dresser, two closets and a washer/dryer combo. Outside you will find a large awning, speakers, tv mount and outdoor shower. The basement also includes plenty of storage for toys and gear. For your comfort in any weather the unit features two ac units, furnace, living room ceiling fan and heated fireplace.
