Comes with coffee maker, Toaster,etc. Bluetooth capabilities with sound System. Electric Awning, and Electric stabilizer jacks. Comes with solar panel to keep batteries nice and charged. No bedding provided. Camping Off Grid (no hookups) may require additional fees. The trailer is expected to be returned in the same clean condition in which you receive it. If you don't return it in the condition in which it is received an additional $120 cleaning fee will be added. No Burning man, Pismo Beach, and Gorman. No deliveries to state parks. Delivery Service Available TBD Renters must be 25 years old or older. Pet fee assessed. NO SMOKING POLICY There is NO SMOKING in any of the RV rentals. If the RV is returned with any kind of smoking odor or other evidence of smoking, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and/or repair. EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION POLICY Items such as the A/C, coffee maker, awning, radio, DVD player, microwave, television, jacks, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you. RV DAMAGE POLICY If the RV and/or the contents in the RV are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). If your RV is equipped with awnings, please note: the RV awnings do not like wind. It is your responsibility to retract the awning even in the mildest windy conditions. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us immediately. At checkout, Coyote RV Rentals will estimate the damage, if any, and expedite the cleaning and/or repair. CLEANING POLICY You are required to do a basic clean up at the end of your stay (including dumping the tanks). The RV must be returned without damage and the inside must be clean prior to check out. Failure to return without damage and/or in an unclean state will result in additional charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges may be made to your credit card. Our fee to dump tanks is $100. The fee to do a standard cleaning (if the RV is not returned cleaned) is $120. Excessive cleaning will require additional charges.
