Fully stocked, delivered, and set up for horse shows, home remodels, and longer vacations at a great beach spot! Better than a condo! Sleeps 4 very comfortably and all you have to do is show up! There is no reason you can't stay on sight for your shows or competitions. We pride ourselves on providing a safe environment that your family will enjoy, and you can relax. This RV is for Delivery ONLY and I will do the setup for you. All you have to do is show up. It's truly large and the tow is not awesome, so we do that for you. Shoot me a message and tell me where you want to stay, and I will quote you a delivery cost. Obviously, the location does matter. It won't fit in most State Parks. However, all campgrounds like Jellystone, or the beach have LOTS OF LARGE SPOTS. You will be required to have full hookups w power. If you are visiting Waco, I will set up at the lake for you, and you can enjoy your stay with a water view.
