Enjoy our family-friendly home away from home! Our RV is one of the best floor plans for a family! At only 23 ft and 4k lb dry weight it’s easy to tow and will fit in most campsites and national parks. We love it and you will too! The kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 2 burner stove, microwave, and added coffee maker included. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, strainer, mixing bowls, and many of the other kitchen basics. Featuring a large slide out, lots of light and windows, Memory foam Full XL bed, large eating area that converts into an extra bed and a Full Kitchen! This trailer is perfect for your getaway with lots of room to entertain. Since this is also the camper we use as a family we leave a lot of the items we bring. You will find coloring books, crayons, games, and dvds. This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper. We keep rugs in the camper for your comfort and to help keep the dirt out. We also provide towels and disinfecting cleaner so you can tidy up the camper before returning it. Additional Pick up and drop off information: Pickup time: 2:00 pm Drop off time: 12:00 pm noon Late return and early pickup options available in add-ons sections Please have drivers licenses of all qualified drivers (we will take pics of the license(s) We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental. After you return the camper we’ll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit (unless any damage charges are necessary). NOTE: We offer delivery but we must work around my work schedule. If you want delivery Mon-Fri the earliest it can be delivered is 5pm For delivery trips I’m only able to pick the trailer up on Sundays. Please look at Add-on section for available upgrades. We do not provide bedding or towels.
