2022 Nimble Bunkhouse Sleeps 6-8

Welcome to the Aspen Trail. Ready for your next adventure! 6-8 sleeping capacity, electric support jacks, outside mini fridge, outside grill, and a large awning, all in a compact package that is easy to navigate and does not need a large truck to tow. Sleeping arrangements: Full size bunk bed sleeps 1-2 per bunk. Full size dinette conversion sleeps 1-2. Queen murphy bed that comes down over sofa sleeps 1-2. Interior features: Full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Kitchenette with small sink, microwave, stove top, and refrigerator. Lots of LED lights throughout that are each individually controlled. Mechanicals: -30A 120V hookup -2 5/16" hitch -20lb propane tank mounting location Conditions: -Propane tank not included, must install your own (standard size sold at most convenience stores). -RV must be brought back with black and gray tanks empty. Additional fees if tanks not empty. -RV must be clean of any trash, food, and personal belongings, and must be delivered in broom swept condition. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged per booking for cleaning and disenfecting to ensure our next guest have a clean RV. If delivered in unhygienic conditions additional fees may be charged for deep cleaning.
