SUPER NICE offgrid affordable light weight trailer that sleeps 7

Light weight (4500 pounds) towable with most small trucks and SUVs. Sleeps 7 with a queen bed in front, two full bunk beds in back, and the dinette turns into a comfortable sleeping area. This trailer is equipped with a large electric awning with a bright LED strip, a 60 gallon fresh water tank, and a 30 pound propane bottle to provide gas for the water heater to give you hot water and keep the built in heater working so the trailer is toasty during the cold months. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful. If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.
