Delivery only. This camper is the solution to you wanting to recreate memories you had going camping and the "I am not sleeping on the ground" conversation. This camper has 3 queen size beds that "fold down". The fold down sides are canvas like a tent and can zip open. You feel like your in a tent but you have the bathroom, heat, AC, kitchen and no back ache in the morning. You must have full hook up to use bathroom and AC. This camper is fun in the rain and all our children had a place to hang out in and the dinette is a great place to play games and fish in the snack box.
