Welcome to this brand new 2022 Salem FSX 179DBK. This trailer has everything you need to have fun and enjoyable camping experience. We travel a lot as a family and have tried to make this experience as easy and fun for you! It is stocked with most of the essentials! Just bring your bedding, pillows, and towels. The camper sleeps 5. It has a Murphy bed couch that transforms into a queen size bed, 2 double bunk beds, and the dinette transforms into a twin. Included is an overhead AC unit along with a furnace to adapt to any temperature. Kitchen comes with a 2 burner stove, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave along with basic cooking equipment: pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates, and silverware. Some of our favorite outdoor amenities include and outdoor shower plus a mini fridge. There is also an electric awning but users beware. The awning is not included in insurance so if it breaks it will be owner responsibility. Do not use awning during bad weather or wind as it could damage it. If it is used please be sure to put it up every night. 22.6 feet long with dry weight of 3450 lbs. No smoking or vaping in the camper. Please return the trailer in the same condition as when you picked up. There will be an additional charge if returned dirty. Holding tanks should be dumped prior to returning. Levels will be checked upon arrival and will be charge $100 if not dumped. No pets allowed please!
