Enjoy our beautiful 27’ Crossroads Z-1. It sleeps up to 6. 2 full-size bunks in the rear, 1 queen-size primary, private bedroom up front. The dinette converts to an additional sleeping area as well. Perfect for families. One large slide out for extra room inside. Pet friendly so the whole family can enjoy time outdoors together. Large powered awning for additional outdoor space. Plenty of storage inside and out for all the gear you may want to bring. - Sleeps 6 - Queen size upgraded mattress - 2 Full sized upgraded mattresses -43" Smart TV can connect to campground Wifi - Full kitchen with a stove and oven. General kitchen items provided - Large fridge and separate freezer - Outdoor shower - Thermostat-controlled heat and A/C - Fold down dinette - Outdoor speakers - LED lights inside and out - Power tongue jack for easy set up - Dual propane tanks. - Single 12V battery. If not connected to campground power supply it will run most functions but not A/C. - All cords, hoses, chocks required for set up. - First aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm - includes 4 folding chairs and large outdoor campsite rug - Keurig and electric kettle provided. Tow Vehicle requires a 2" hitch receiver. A brake controller must be equipped as well. The trailer uses a 7 way round RV plug. We will provide a weight distribution hitch. The renter needs to bring all linens and pillows. The mattresses have protective liners installed. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before every use. The renter is responsible for returning it clean and on time. Excessive dirt or mud is subject to additional charges. Grey and Black tanks must be emptied prior to return or subject to an additional fee. Pick up and Drop off can be flexible with prior communication subject to availability. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of unit. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. Pets are always welcome, select the pet add on at check out. We will make sure to include tieouts and water bowls for them.
