All tools for setup and takedown are in the side storage. There's a tool kit, outdoor chairs. Has outdoor grill, mini fridge, and shower hose. Power awning. As close to all in one as I can get ready for you to enjoy. Easily controlled a/c and heat. Control panel, fire extinguisher, smoke detector at the entrance. City water hose as well as black tank flush hose and drain hose included. Any questions just ask.
