This small, lightweight 2021 Coleman Lantern LT 17B, comes with features that meet all your camping needs including electric heater fireplace, backup camera, electric hitch lift, TV with DVD player & Roku. Its 21.42 feet long, 8 feet wide, 9.75 feet height and 2986 pounds. There are three holding tanks, fresh water (27 gals), gray water (28 gals), & black water (28 gals). Outside: Single LP tank, a battery, manual stabilizer jacks, 10 ft power awning, storage compartment, power outlet, electric hitch lift, and city & fresh water connections. Inside: It has a nice openness to the unit, queen bed upfront with storage underneath and shelving above the bed. A quiet wall mounted 8000 BTU air conditioner are right above the queen bed. As you turn around, the dinette with two storages under the two dinette cushions, a large window and a cabinet up above are at the right. Dinette can be lowered and converted into sleeping area for up to 2 people. At the left, it is the kitchen, there's a decent amount of countertop space, single base sink, a big window, two burner cooktop with a couple storage drawers below, and storage cabinet above the window as well. Dishes/Pots/Pans/Silverware/Utensils/Hand Towels/Washrags/Mattress Protectors included! Moving on down, to the right, the little bunk beds, light on the above, window and storage on the bottom bunk. Fridge and microwave are at the left. Into the restroom, shower and toilet. Pickup in Durand, WI. Delivery available within 50 miles. Delivery fee includes drop off and pickup. Addons for 4 bikes rack attachment, providing of bed linens are also available. Camper must be returned with Black and Grey tanks emptied, propane tank refilled, and basic cleaning up after yourself. If you don't wish to do those, we offer addons to cover that part. If you will be bringing a pet with, there is an extra fee that would apply that would cover cost of extra cleaning for allergens.
